WARRANTY & SUPPORT

  • The manufacturer, "AĞAOĞLU HAVACILIK VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ" provides warranty for all parts of the handgun. The warranty takes effect on the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and material defects. This warranty is valid provided that the warranty certificate is properly completed and bears the seal of an authorized dealer (store).
  • The manufacturer and the authorized dealer are not responsible for, and this warranty does not cover, damage caused by misuse, damaged or defective ammunition, negligent handling of the handgun, unauthorized repairs and/or modifications to the handgun, or damage caused by abuse and/or misuse of the handgun for any reason whatsoever.
  • The warranty period is 12 months unless stated differently in a separate contract.
  • In order for the customer to benefit from all the rights and benefits of our product warranty, the "Warranty Card" must bear the seal and signature of an authorized dealer. Otherwise the customer will not have any warranty rights.

OUT OF WARRANTY CASES

  • AĞAOĞLU HAVACILIK VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ.WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF MISUSE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS AND ADJUSTMENTS, CORROSION, USER NEGLIGENCE, EXCESSIVE OR UNSAFE USE.
  • AĞAOĞLU HAVACILIK VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ.IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE USE OF HANDMADE, FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE AMMUNITION.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AĞAOĞLU HAVACILIK VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. BE LIABLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL ECONOMIC LOSS OR DAMAGE, OR INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT ECONOMIC LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF HANDMADE, DEFECTIVE OR DEFECTIVE BULLETS, MISUSE, NEGLIGENCE, UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO THE GUN.
  • SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SPECIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
